Title: Assistant Manager Financial Reporting & Control

Location: Gurgaon

 

Qualifications: CA/CPA/ACCA


Job Skills:

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports, presentations, and variance analyses and publishing on timely basis.
  • People management - internal stakeholder management and managing a direct and indirect
  • Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence, and resilience
  • Budget tracking and reporting
  • Implements accounting and finance strategies that support achievement of the Company’s goals
  • Monitor status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
  • Maximizes cash flow by proactively managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Ensures that accounting practices adhere to Statutory requirements
  • Preparing and filing of tax and returns
  • Providing internal and external auditors with the information they need and implementing their recommendations
  • Preparation of adhoc reports for Holding company
  • Ensure India regulatory and statutory reporting is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, focusing on financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Should have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS, GST returns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.
  • A self-starter and a strong team player who can work with spotting the areas to focus on and assisting in the decision-making process.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Willing to work in UK time zones since this role involves supporting a US-Holding Company.
  • Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA preferred with 3-4 Years Work experience in reputed Organization.
