We are looking to hire a smart product manager who is passionate about taking up ideas and bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You will help to provide requirements and ensure the timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own product lifecycle activities from concept, to design, development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of life.
- Align vision and collaborate with stakeholders in the execution of the product
- Translate the business roadmap into sizeable initiatives/epics and provide guidance to business analysts to gather feature level requirements
- Maintain product backlog and ensure prioritization of epics after analysing business needs and functional dependencies from all the projects
- Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to plan product delivery and guide the team as needed
- Create, update and deliver the product roadmap: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, adoption and return on investment.
- Lead training and Product/Feature demonstrations for internal and external audiences
- Anticipate changing business needs and recommend changes to the business team
- Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses to deliver continuous improvements
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of previous experience in a product development or management role.
- Proven ability to complete and deliver projects and initiatives successfully.
- Attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authority
- Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other similar tools
- Experience in Payment processing space
