Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled Database Developer who specializes in the design and implementation of application databases and responsible for creating, administering and troubleshooting application databases that can process large amounts of information and keep it secure.
Responsibilities
- Working on large databases
- Developing and reviewing queries for the new features and working with DBA team on ongoing basis
- Reviewing slow query logs, analyzing top queries from monitoring tools
- Making sure database is performing well.
This Role's Requirement
- MySQL 5, 8
- SQL language
- MySQL Workbench (or similar client)
- Database monitoring tools (Enterprise manager, Foglight, etc)
- AWS RDS (MySQL)
- AWS Aurora
- Understanding of Java & Hibernate query generation
